摘要
目的：对盐酸氨溴索治疗老年肺炎临床效果进行分析与探讨。方法自2014年11月-2015年11月，从我院所收治的老年肺炎患者中选取60例患者参与研究，分为对照组和实验组，对照组患者采用常规治疗法，实验组患者采用盐酸氨溴索治疗法，观察治疗效果，进行分析。结果实验组的治疗总有效率优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对于老年肺炎患者而言，采用盐酸氨溴索治疗法效果更佳。
ObjectiveThe clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of pneumonia in the elderly are analyzed and discussed.Methods From November 2014 to November 2015,60 cases of senile pneumonia patients admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group,the control group was treated with conventional therapy,the experimental group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride treatment,observation curative effect analysis.ResultsThe total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with senile pneumonia,treated with ambroxol hydrochloride method has better effect.
