摘要
目的对比分析逆行气管插管与引导气管插管的临床效果。方法随机选取我院60例气管插管患者,并随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者使用逆行气管插管,实验组患者则使用经鼻纤维支气管引导气管插管,对比两组疗效。结果对照组患者插管成功率为90%,高于实验组的77%,且对照组插管时间短于实验组。结论逆行气管插管较经鼻纤维支气管镜引导气管插管操作方便,能够缩短插管时间。
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of retrograde tracheal intubation and intubation.Methods Randomly selected 60 patients with tracheal intubation in our hospital,and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,patients in the control group were treated with retrograde tracheal intubation. The patients in the experimental group were treated with nasal intubation,and the effect was compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of intubation in the control group was 90%,higher than 77% in the experimental group,and the control group was shorter than the experimental group. Conclusion The retrograde tracheal intubation was more convenient than that of the trachea intubation guided by the nasal intubation,which could shorten the intubation time.
