摘要
目的探讨急性颅脑损伤的临床麻醉处理方法。方法选取我院收治的急性颅脑损伤67例作为研究对象,所有患者均予以临床麻醉处理,对患者的麻醉使用情况以及苏醒时间等指标进行观察。结果术中4例出现短暂躁动,采取措施后恢复镇静,术前30例患者恢复正常且均未出现不良反应;37例术前意识状态模糊、病情危重患者,手术治疗后得到缓解;术后7例因并发症死亡,2例患者成为植物状态,58例正常恢复出院,总有效率86.6%。结论急性颅脑损伤的临床麻醉处理必要且有价值,处理方法要根据患者个体化差异而确定,可有效提高治疗总有效率。
Objective To investigate the clinical anesthetic management of acute craniocerebral injnry. Methods 67 cases of acute craniocerebral injury in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and all patients were clinical anesthesia, anesthesia of the patients with usage and awakening time index were observed. Results There were 4 cases of intraoperative transient agitation, and 30 patients veere recovered to normal and no adverse reactions.37 cases of preoperative awareness of the state of fuzzy, critically ill patients, surgical treatment was relieved. After 7 cases died of complications, 2 patients of vegetative state, 58 cases were discharged from hospital, the total effective rate was 86.6%. Conclusion The clinical anesthesia of acute craniocerebral injury treamlent necessary and valuable, processing methods, should be determined according to patients＇ individual differences and can effectively enhance total effective treatment.
