摘要
目的对95例高血压合并糖尿病患者干预效果进行分析。方法选取95例高血压合并糖尿病的患者,采取治疗与随访的双重模式,比较患者的临床疗效。结果比较干预前后血压、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖等指标,干预后明显改善(P<0.05)。结论通过住院及社区随访的双重模式进行干预,能够更好地控制患者的血压、血糖。
Objective To analyze the effect of intervention on 95 cases of hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods 95 cases of hypertension and diabetes patients were selected, and received the treatment and follow-up of dual-mode. The clinical efficacy of the patients was compared. Results Blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 hours blood glucose and other indicators, after the intervention significantly improved （ P 〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The intervention by hospital and community follow-up of dual-mode is possible to better control the patient＇s blood pressure, blood sugar.
