摘要
研究了三维间隔连体玻璃纤维织物增强泡沫混凝土的弯曲强度、拉拔强度以及导热系数。结果表明:三维间隔连体玻璃纤维织物可以使泡沫混凝土的弯曲强度达到3.11 MPa,比空白对照组提高了12倍;拉拔强度达到0.185 MPa,比空白对照组提高了7倍;导热系数为0.138 W/(m·K),仍具有很好的保温隔热性能。并对三维间隔连体玻璃纤维织物增强泡沫混凝土力学性能及导热性能变化机理进行了研究。
Bending strength,tensile strength and thermal conductivity of foam concrete reinforced by 3D glass fiber spacer fabric were studied. The experimental results show that 3D glass fiber spacer fabric can significantly increase the bending strength of foam concrete to 3.11 MPa,increased 12 times. Tensile strength reached to 0.185 MPa, increased 7 times. Thermal conductivity is 0.138 W/(m·K),which still has very good thermal insulation property. The mechanical properties of foam concrete reinforced by 3D glass fiber spacer fabric and the change mechanisms of foam concrete thermal conductivity were also studied.
