摘要
以二水合乙酸锌和Te粉为原料,十八烯为溶剂,油酸和十六胺为配体,采用高温注射法成功制备了ZnTe纳米晶。利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、选区电子衍射(SAED)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)和荧光光谱(PL)对ZnTe纳米晶的结构、形貌和光学性质进行了表征,发现油酸用量对ZnTe纳米晶的组成、结构、尺寸和分散性具有重大影响。当油酸用量为6.3 mmol时,获得纯的立方闪锌矿结构的ZnTe纳米晶,此时纳米晶的尺寸最小,平均为3.5nm,分散性最好。
With zinc acetate dehydrate and Te powder as raw materials, octadecene as solvent, oleic acid and hexadecylamine as ligands, ZnTe nanocrystals were successfully prepared by a "hot-injection" meth- od. The structure, morphology and optical properties of ZnTe nanocrystals were characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, selected area electron diffraction, UV-visible absorption spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy. The results reveal that the amount of oleic acid has a significant impact on the composition, structure, size and dispersion of ZnTe nanocrystals. When the a- mount of oleic acid was 6.3 mmol, pure ZnTe nanocrystals with zinc blende structrure, the smallest size of 3.5 nm and good dispersity were obtained.
