摘要
通过对科技成果转化链条中每一个阶段的分析,找出技术资源利用目前存在的问题,结合国家促进成果转化行动方案对信息技术的要求,提出利用信息技术提升技术资源有效利用的做法,为探索科技成果转移转化新模式提供思路。
