社区骨质疏松症患者选择耳穴疗法的倾向与生物学特征分析

摘要 目的了解社区门诊骨质疏松症患者对耳穴、药物治疗等各种中、西医治疗方案的选择倾向,分析愿意接受耳穴治疗方案患者的生物学特征,为向合适的骨质疏松症患者推荐耳穴治疗提供依据。方法选取2014年10月至2015年4月,在上海市徐汇区龙华街道社区卫生服务中心骨科接诊且转诊进行骨密度检测的骨质疏松症患者,调取其一般情况、骨密度检测结果、骨代谢检测结果和选择的治疗方案进行分析。结果共获得106例患者。其中,骨量正常36例(34.0%),骨量减少36例(34.0%),骨质疏松34例(32.1%);58例(54.7%)选择不治疗,19例(17.9%)选择西医治疗,11例(10.4%)选择西医基础治疗,15例(14.2%)选择耳穴+西医治疗,2例(1.9%)选择耳穴+西医基础治疗,1例(0.9%)选择耳穴治疗。经检验,低体质量指数(BMI)、有骨质疏松、高骨钙素N端中分子片段测定(N-MID)和高总I型胶原氨基端延长肽(P1NP)的患者,更倾向于接受耳穴治疗(P<0.05)。结论社区卫生服务中心可向BMI低、骨密度诊断有骨质疏松、N-MID和P1NP高的患者推荐耳穴治疗,会有较好的回应率。 Objective To analyze the osteoporosis patients′tendency to different therapies such as otopoint pressure and medication in community clinics,and the biological features of who tend to otopoint pressure,which could provide a factual basis for the promotion of otopoint pressure in osteoporosis patients.Methods Patients with osteoporosis,who visited orthopedicin Shanghai Xuhui District Longhua Street Community Health Service Center and were referred for bone mineral density testing from October 2014 to April 2015 period,were selected.And the patients' basic information,bone density test results and bone metabolism test results and treatment options were collected for analysis.Results A total of 106 patients were selected.Among them,the amount of normal bone was 36cases(34.0%),bone loss 36cases(34.0%),osteoporosis 34cases(32.1%).Meanwhile,58cases(54.7%)chose not to treat,19cases(17.9%)chose western medicine,11cases(10.4%)chose western basic medicine,15cases(14.2%)selectedthe therapy including otopoint pressure and western medicine,2cases(1.9%)selected therapy including otopoint pressure and western basic medicine,one cases(0.9%)chose otopoint pressure.Upon examination,patients with low BMI,osteoporosis,high N-MID and high P1 NP,tended to otopoint pressure(P〈0.05).Conclusion Community Health Service Center could recommend otopoint pressure to patients with low BMI,osteoporosis,high N-MID and high P1 NP,which could get a better response rate.
