2型糖尿病患者自体血细胞葡萄糖细胞膜转运研究

摘要 目的对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者自体血细胞葡萄糖细胞膜转运进行研究。方法 T2DM组(40例)、T2DM前期组(前期组,34例)、对照组(40例)抗凝全血分别加入同体积生理盐水和ATP,37℃水浴3h,观察葡萄糖水平变化,计算葡萄糖下降值和下降比例。结果组内比较,加ATP管葡萄糖下降值高于盐水管(P<0.01)。组间比较,盐水管葡萄糖下降比例,T2DM组、前期组、对照组依次增加,T2DM组低于对照组(P<0.01),T2DM组低于前期组(P<0.05)。ATP管葡萄糖下降比例,T2DM组低于对照组(P<0.05)。T2DM患者加ATP后葡萄糖下降值由盐水管的(2.81±0.52)mmol/L增加到(4.73±0.69)mmol/L。结论 T2DM患者存在葡萄糖细胞膜转运障碍,与病程进展相关,ATP能够改善葡萄糖的细胞膜转运。 Objective To explore the transport capacity of glucose membrane with blood cells in type 2diabetes.Methods The anticoagulated blood of T2DM(40cases),Pre-diabetes(34cases),control group(40cases)were added to the same volume of saline and ATP,37 ℃ 3h.The changes of glucose was observed,he level and Rate of glucose decreased were calculated.Results The drop-out value in the groups of ATP was higher than which of salt water(P〈0.05).In salt groups,the drop ratio in the T2 DM,Pre-diabetes,control groups were increaseed in turn.the value of glucose in T2 DM was lower than which in control group and in Pre-diabetes(P〈0.05).In the ATP groups,the drop-out value in T2 DM was lower than which in control group(P〈0.05).To T2 DM patients,the drop-out value was(2.81±0.52)mmol/L in salt grops,which was(4.73±0.69)mmol/L,respectively.Conclusion The glucose membrane transporters for T2 DM were obstacles,the obstacles associated with progression of T2 DM,ATP can improve membrane transporter of glucose.
