摘要
文章分析了工程应用型本科院校机械类专业人才培养产教融合的背景与现状、以湖南理工学院机械学院为例,从培养方案及课程体系、实践教学体系、"双师型"教学团队、产教融合共赢途径等四个方面对其机制进行了研究与实践。对用人单位、毕业生进行调查结果显示,改革效果良好。
This paper analyzed the background and the present situation of industry-education integration in thepersonnel training of machinery majors in engineering application undergraduate university, took Mechanical Collegeof Hunan Institute of Science and Technology as an example, studied the mechanism from the following aspects suchas training program, curriculum system, practical teaching system, "Double type" teaching and team, Industry andEduction approach, etc. Based on undergraduates and Employer, the effect of the reform is good.
