摘要
主要介绍闪速炉分段式多级给水泵平衡装置容易磨损的原因和对平衡盘的结构及其工作原理进行分析,并通过分析闪速炉锅炉给水泵平衡装置轴向力产生的原因和平衡机理,提出相应的改进措施,对平衡装置进行有效的改进,以提高设备的检修质量,节约运行成本。
This paper mainly introduces the cause of the easy-worn balance device of sectional multi-stage feed pump in flash furnace and to analyzes the structure and working principle of balance disc. The corresponding improvement measures are put forward by analyzing the axial force forming cause and balance mechanism of feed pump balance device in flash furnace to effectively improve the balance device, enhancing the quality of equipment maintenance and saving operation cost.
