摘要
以离心机结构与工作原理为基础,分析了离心机的故障原因与处理措施,并提出高效的保养方案。重点讲解煤矿中所使用的离心机的常见故障,如出料口磨损、渗油、离心机渗透等,提出相应的合理的处理措施与保养方案,旨在保证离心机运作的安全性与高效性。
Based on the structure and working principle of the centrifuge, this paper analyzes the fault causes and treatment measures of the centrifuge, and puts forward effective solutions.Focusing on the common failures of centrifuge used in coal mine, such as discharging mouth, oil leakage, centrifuge permeability, etc., this paper puts forward reasonable measures and maintenance scheme which is designed to guarantee the safety of the centrifuge operation and high efficiency.
