摘要 110kV某站1#主变突然差动保护动作跳闸,发差动、轻瓦斯信号,变压器三侧开关跳闸。事故发生后检修人员对变压器进行主要参数试验,通过对故障前后实验数据进行对比初步确定变压器故障主要是由于变压器内部进水,导致变压器绕组匝间或层间绝缘强度下降,加上线路多次重合闸的冲击,在绝缘降低到一定程度后发生了击穿损坏造成主变跳闸,检修人员利用停电检修机会对变压器进行维修,最终变压器正常运行。 No. 1 main transformer of an 110 kV station tripped suddenly for differential protection, then the signal of differential action and light gas was sent out, and the three-side switch of transformer tripped. After the accident, the maintenance personnel tested the main parameters of the transformer, analyzed the data before and after the experiment, and determined that the transformer fault was caused by water inlet. The water inlet led to declination of transformer winding inter-turn or inter-layer insulation intensity. Additionally, times of reclosing occurred on the line, the main transformer tripped with the breakdown when the insulation intensity declined to a certain extent. The maintenance personnel repaired the transformer, and the transformer could run as normal.
