基于大系统递阶模型的沧州市农业水资源优化配置研究

摘要 沧州市水资源严重匮乏,属于严重干旱地区,粮食产量低于全国平均水平,粮食安全问题日益突出。文中建立了以作物不同生育期土壤含水率和作物灌溉定额两个状态变量的动态规划——线性规划大系统递阶模型,将作物子系统作为第一层,灌区系统作为第二层,通过分配给每种作物的供水量将两层联系起来,构建了一个具有两层谱系结构的大系统。应用该模型对沧州市水资源进行优化配置,以提高沧州区域农业水资源承载能力。 Abstract. Cangzhou City is deficient in water resources, and it belongs to the severe arid area. The food production of Cangzhou is lower than the national average, hnd the food security problem is increasingly prominent. This paper takes the crop soil moisture content at different stages and crop irrigation quo- ta as two state variables, and establishes the dynamic programming called linear programming large system level transfer model. The first level is the crop subsystem,and the second level is the regional large system. This paper links the two levels through allocating the water supply quantity to every crop, and establishes a large system with two layer pedigree structure. On this basis,the paper applies the model in optimal allocation of Cangzhou water resources, so as to promote the regional carrying capacity of agricultural water resources in Cangzhou.
