摘要
绣球菌鲜美可口、营养丰富,是一种珍贵的食药用菌。多糖是绣球菌主要生物活性成分,含量高,尤其富含具有广泛的生物学活性的β-(1→3)-葡聚糖。绣球菌多糖具有抗肿瘤、免疫调节、促进造血功能、促进伤口愈合、抗氧化、抗菌等多种生物学功效,具有广阔的应用前景。随着绣球菌工厂化栽培的实现,其独特的保健功能将成为研究开发的重点与热点。
Sparassis crispa is a nutrient-rich and medicinal mushroom, which exhibits various biological activities including antiturnor effect, enhancement of the hematopoietic response, immunomodulating activity. These medicinal compounds belong mainly to polysaccharides, especially β-D-glucan. Nowadays Sparassis crispa is distinguished as important natural resources of immunomodulating and antitumor agents, and applying such pharmacological agents especially with the natural original is vital.
