摘要
目的比较云南白药结合明胶海绵与单纯使用明胶海绵对于拔牙后出血患者凝血时间的影响。方法选择2010年1月—2014年12月在该院口腔科就诊行拔牙术后,原发性出血成年患者56例,排除血液病患者及拔牙禁忌证,使用抗凝药物及女性月经期患者,随机分为二组,在出现原发性拔牙出血就诊后,在拔牙窝内分别使用云南白药结合明胶海绵和单独使用明胶海绵,观察记录患者治疗后凝血时间。结果云南白药与明胶海绵联合使用后,缩短了拔牙创出血时间。结论云南白药与明胶海绵联合使用可促进拔牙创伤口止血。二者合用止血效果要明显优于单独使用明胶海绵。
Objective To compare the influence on clotting time using Yunnan baiyao powder and gelatin sponge used into bleeding tooth socket after tooth extraction.Methods Fifty-six patients of primary bleeding after tooth extraction were chose during Juanary 2010 and December 2014,excluding the patients of hematology,using the anticoagulants,menstrual period,contraindication.They were separated randomly into two groups,sockets of one group were put into the blend of Yunnan baiyao powder and gelatin sponge,the sockets of other group were put into the gelatin sponge.Clotting time of two groups were observed and compared.Results Clotting time of patients using Yunnan baiyao powder and gelatin sponge was shorter in the observation group than that of the other groups.Conclusion Hematischesis effect of Yunnan baiyao powder and gelatin sponge is better than gelatin sponge.
