摘要
为了确诊一起猪伪狂犬病的发生,采集送检病料的肝脏、肾脏、脾脏、肺脏、脑等组织器官进行实验室诊断和PCR检测。结果显示,病料中扩增出了伪狂犬病病毒的特异性gE基因片段,通过对PCR扩增产物进行序列比对分析,发现此次发生的伪狂犬病与2011年之后流行的伪狂犬流行毒株高度同源。综合流行病学、病理解剖、实验室诊断,确定引起此次疾病的主要病原为猪伪狂犬病毒。
To diagnose a suspected pseudorabies case, pathologic autopsy was performed and tis- sues of the pigs were collected for virus isolation and identification using PCR. The PRV gE gene was amplified from the tissues and its infection was confirmed. The swine Pseudorabies Virus was determined combined with epidemiology, anatomical pathology, laboratory diagnosis. The PCR prod- uct were analyzed by sequence alignment and showed that the isolate strain of this case shared highly homologous to the other strains that had been isolated after 2011, and confirmed the occur- rence of this case was caused by a new wild pseudorabies virus.
