硬质泡沫塑料接顶的废石充填采矿新技术 被引量:1

New waste rock backfilling technology of rigid foam roof-contacted filling

摘要 脉金型矿床开采过程中,通常采用掘进式空场法进行矿石回采。为保证矿石回采率,需要对回采巷道进行充填处理。受矿石品位限制,采用常规充填方法进行巷道充填无法满足成本控制的需要。针对上述问题,研究更为适用的充填方法已成为目前采矿技术的一个重要研究方向。通过研究硬质泡沫塑料的特性与应用方式,结合脉金型矿床的围岩特征,提出利用该材料特性进行接顶处理的巷道废石充填技术。该技术相比传统方法具有原料来源广、接顶效果好、成本低、施工便利等优点,可在类似矿山中推广应用。 In the exploitation of vein gold deposits, excavation open stope method has been usually used. In order to guarantee ore recovery ratio, stoping roadways need to be filled. Restricted by ore grade, adopting traditional backfilling methods to fill stoping roadways cannot meet the needs of cost control. To solve the above problems, new backfilling method needs to be studied, which is an important research direction of mining technology now. By studying the properties and application mode of rigid foam and combining with the features of wall rock of vein gold deposits, a new waste rock backfilling technology of roof-contacted filling is proposed by using the properties of rigid foam. Contrasted with traditional methods, this method has the advantages of wide material sources, good roof contact, low cost and convenient construction, which can be applied in similar mines.
