无线通讯在生物质电厂料场测温的设计应用

摘要 该文针对生物质电厂在对燃料堆测温过程中存在的不足,利用无线通讯技术,提出了远程测控系统。通过温度传感器的单片微处理器控制将料垛内部温度信号转换成数字信号,再通过无线网络发射至无线接收设备,微处理器将采集到的温度信息数据上传至上位机,上位机管理单元直接接入自动化管理系统。实践证明,该系统拥有传输速度快、可靠性高、覆盖范围广、组建成本低等优势,将会是未来远程监控系统发展的趋势,具有较高的精度和很好的推广应用前景。 In view of the existing deficiencies of temperature measurement on fuel stack in biomass power plant, putting forward remote temperature measurement system by wireless communication system. Changing the internal temperature of stacking into digital signal through single chip microprocessor controller of temperature sensor. Then transmitting digital signal into wireless receiving device by WiFi. Microprocessor uploads the collected information data to host computer. The snapins of host computer accesses to automatic management system directly. Practice has proved that the system has a transmission speed,high reliability,wide coverage to form low cost advantage,will be the trend of the development of the remote monitoring system in the future,has high accuracy and good application prospects.
