摘要
以8.3 tex/36 f(75 D/36 f)半光扁平涤纶FDY长丝为面纱、5.6 tex/24 f(50 D/24 f)涤纶FDY长丝为地纱开发了一种涤纶经编织物,并对织物进行了起绒加工,之后根据涤纶纤维的化学特性,对染色剪烫后涤纶经编织物进行烂花印花处理。结果表明,本文开发的涤纶经编短毛绒烂花织物的印花图案轮廓清晰、深浅过渡自然、色泽艳丽,手感柔滑丰满、有弹性。
Using 8.3 tex/36 f （75 D/36 f） FDY semi-dull flat polyester filament as lace yarn （50 D/24 f）FDY polyester filament as ground yarn to develop a warp knitted fabric, the fabric gigging. After dyeing, polishing and shearing, burn-out printing on the fabric was done based properlies of polyester.
