摘要
为研究经编床垫布胀破强力的影响因素,首先介绍经编床垫布的生产工艺流程,包括原料、设备和后整理等,然后分别采用不同原料、不同密度、不同组织结构、不同后整理工艺的经编床垫布进行胀破强力测试。最后得出原料性能、上机密度、组织结构对织物胀破强力影响较大,后整理对织物胀破强力影响相对较小,因此,进行经编床垫布生产时,需要选择合适的上机工艺来提高织物的胀破强力。
In order to study the factors influencing bursting strength of the warp knitted mattress, this paper in- troduces the production process including raw materials, equipments and post-finishing, etc. Then the bursting strength is lested to the warp knitted mattress with different raw materials, different densities, different structures anti different finishing processes. The results show tbat the raw material, density and structure have greater impact on the bursting strength than finishing process, which has little effect on bursting strength. Therefrom, the appropri- ate machine technologies are selected to improve the bursting strength in warp mattress production.
