摘要
结合海藻纤维阻燃、染色性能差等特点,采用海藻纤维与染色的莫代尔、精梳棉纤维进行混纺,开发海藻针织纱线。通过试纺和试织,发现纺纱和织造过程中存在诸多问题,效果较差,针对出现的问题对各个工序的工艺进行改进,包括混纺比、纺纱方式、纤维预处理、清花、梳棉、并条等纺纱工序。结果表明,改进后可以顺利完成纺纱工序,且试织的断头率和破洞现象减少,但海藻针织纱线还需要进一步的深入研究与开发。
Based on the flame-retardanl and poor dyeing properties of the alginate fiber, the paper develops live alginate knitied yarn by using the alginate fiber, the dyed Modal and the dyed combed cotton blended yarn. Through the test spinning and test knitting, it discovers some problems of the bad process and the low effective. In terms of the problems, every, processes is improved, including blending ratio, spinning system, fibre pretreatment, blowing, carding, drawing and so on. The results show that the spinning process has been successfully completed after impruvement, and the end breakage rate and the holes have been reduced, but the further study and devel- opment of the algiuale knitted yarn are still needed.
