摘要
[目的]应用关联规则、聚类方法等数据挖掘技术分析治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性胃病中药专利复方组方配伍规律。[方法]检索治疗Hp相关性胃病中药专利复方,排除中西药物合用的复方。对入选的中药专利复方进行术语规范化等处理,抽取信息、建立EXCEL表,应用数据分析软件R-project对数据进行关联规则分析,应用网络分析软件Cytoscape进行聚类分析。[结果]64首治疗Hp相关性胃病的中药专利复方中,发现配伍频数较高的中药为甘草、黄连、蒲公英、延胡索、海螵蛸、白及、香附等;常用的药对为干姜-甘草、高良姜-香附、乌药-香附、乳香-延胡索、瓦楞子-三七等;强关联规则提示以甘草、黄连、黄芩、蒲公英、半夏等为核心药物;聚类分析结果发现3个中药"功能模块",其中"黄连-干姜-黄芩-大枣-人参-半夏-甘草"与半夏泻心汤一致。[结论]运用数据挖掘技术可以发现治疗Hp相关性胃病的中药专利组方配伍规律,为临床优化处方、提高疗效及抗Hp中药的开发提供参考依据。
[Objective]The purpose of this study was to reveal the patterns of Chinese medicine patent formulas of treating Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis based on association rules and clustering of data mining technology.[Methods]Chinese medicine patent formulas treating Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis were retrieved from CNKI and WanFang databases.Formulas mixed with western medicines and external formulas were excluded.Terminologies in the selected formulas were standardized,and the information was extracted to establish excel tables.Association rules analysis and clustering analysis were used to reveal the patterns of Chinese medicine patent formulas of treating Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis by softwareR and Cytoscape.[Results]The results showed that Chinese medicinals with higher frequency in64 formulas were Glycyrrhiza radix,Coptis chinensis,Taraxacum,Corydalis yanhusuo,cuttlebone,Bletilla rhizoma,Cyperus rotundus et al.The commonly used herbal pairs were Ginger radix-Glycyrrhiza radix,Alpinia officinarum-Cyperus rotundus,Lindera aggregata-Cyperus rotundus,Olibanum-Corydalis yanhusuo,Concha Arcae-Panax notoginseng.Strong association rules indicate that Glycyrrhiza Radix,Coptis chinensis,Scutellariae radix,Taraxacum,Pinellia ternat are the core drugs in the treatment of Helicobacter pyloriassociated gastritis.Cluster analysis found three ＂function modules＂,such as ＂ Coptis chinensis-Ginger radix-Scutellariae radix-Jujube-Panax ginseng-Pinellia ternat-Glycyrrhiza radix＂ are consistent with BanxiaxiexinTang.[Conclusion]The use of data mining technology can find out the patterns of Chinese medicine patent formulas for Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis,which could provide evidence for clinical prescription modification and anti-Helicobacter pylori Chinese medicine exploring.
