摘要 探究在显微镜条件下对头颅标本提取解剖学数据,为手术医治大脑中动脉瘤提供参考。对80侧尸体头颅标本进行解剖并观测大脑中动脉各段的路径、管径。结果显示,大脑中动脉(Middle cerebral artery MCA)是颈内动脉的直接延续,MCA分为Ml(蝶骨段)、M2(岛叶段)、M3段(岛盖段)和M4(皮质段)。表明大脑中动脉瘤的大部分位于M2分叉部,瘤体通常从大脑中动脉主干指向前外侧。 To provide reference for the operation treatment of cerebral artery aneurysm, the anatomical data of the skull specimen under the microscope is explored, the diameter of the middle cerebral artery were dissected and ob- served on 80 cadaver head specimens. The results showed that the middle cerebral artery (Middle cerebral artery MCA) is a direct continuation of the internal carotid artery, and MCA is divided into M1, M2 (sphenoid segment) (insular section), M3 (island cover section) and M4 (cortical segment). Most of the aneurysms in the middle cerebral artery are located in the M2 bifurcation, usually from the stem to the out front side.
