摘要
大体积混凝土裂缝控制是保障工程质量的重要环节。结合镇江某工程底板大体积混凝土的施工,提出了以应用Treducer-Ⅰ混凝土水化温升抑制剂为核心的防止大体积混凝土因水泥水化热引起的温度应力裂缝的措施,并应用有限元方法进行了热工计算。计算结果与工程监测结果相关性良好,有效避免了温度裂缝的发生。
Crack control is an important part to ensure the mass concrete project quality. In light of the foundation slab structure mass concrete of a construction project in Zhenjiang, this paper proposes measures to prevent mass concrete temperature stress crack caused by cement hydration heat with the application of Treducer- Ⅰ concrete temperature-rise inhibitor agent at the core. On the other hand, the finite element method was used to do thermal calculation. The correlation of the calculation results and the monitor outcomes was significant and the temperature crack was avoided effectively.
