摘要
从质监系统"双抽查"抽查机制现行做法出发,结合福建省质量技术监督局试点工作情况,对抽查机制信息化建设面临问题进行了详细分析,并针对试点工作中存在的不足提出了做好顶层设计明确发展思路、强化数据管理加强数据供给、增强技术支撑确定抽样规则、依据信用标准强化结果应用等相应的解决思路。
Double random＂ sampling is the innovation system of regularizing the supervision in process and afterward. Information construction is an important assistance and favorable support for the system construction. This paper from the quality supervision system of ＂double check＂ mechanism in current practice, combined with Fujian Quality and Technical Supervision pilot work, detailed analysis of the random mechanism information construction problems. According to the existing problems in the pilot work, put forward the relevant thoughts including making clear development ideas within the top-level design, strengthening the data management and data supply, enhancing technical support to determine the sampling rules, promoting the credit standards on the basis of the corresponding solutions.
