摘要
针对深井巷道出现的高应力、巷道围岩变形严重等问题,以孔庄煤矿7434工作面材料巷道为模型,采用理论计算确定了巷道围岩破坏范围,以及对围岩压力进行分析。从莫尔-库伦强度理论角度分析了预紧力对围岩的控制机理,采用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟方法对巷道预紧力支护方案进行模拟。结果显示,锚杆预紧力值为98 k N时,顶板下沉量减少了32.1%,两帮移近量减少了43.8%,巷道围岩受力状况得到改善,围岩变形得到有效控制。
In view of the high stress and severe deformation of roadway surrounding rock in deep roadways, taking 7434 working face material roadway of Kongzhuang Coal Mine as the model, theoretical calculation was adopted to define the destruction scope of roadway surrounding rock, as well as to analyze the pressure of roadway surrounding rock. The mechanism of surrounding rock controlled by pre - tightening force from the point of view of Mohr - Coulomb theory is anzalyzed ; the FLAC3D numerical simulation method is adopted to simulate roadway support scheme of pre - tightening force. Results show that when bolt pre - tightening force value is 98 kN, roof sub- sidence value decreases 32.1%, and two sides of roadway moving value decreases 43.8%, the stress state of roadway surrounding rock is improved and the deformation of surrounding rock is controlled.
