摘要
针对煤矿巷道锚索支护中因锚索托盘受力失稳而导致的锚固失效以及冒顶的问题,结合煤矿巷道锚索支护常用的组合平托盘、专用碟形托盘、组合沟槽托盘和偏心托盘为研究对象,建立托盘的受力模型,采用数值模拟软件模拟托盘在不同载荷下应力和位移变化曲线,根据结果分析4类锚索托盘的应力分布与位移分布特征,确定了各类型托盘结构中的相对薄弱部位,提出了相应的改进策略,并探讨了其适用条件。
For the problem of anchoring failure and caving led by the instability of the cable tray in coal mine roadway anchor cable supporting, taking flat pallet, special dish tray, combined trench pallet, eccentric tray as research object which commonly used in coal mine roadway anchor cable supporting, the model of the tray was built, and numerical simulation software was used to simulate the stress and displacement curve of the tray under different load. According to the results, the stress distribution and displacement varia- tion characteristics of 4 types of anchor cable trays were analyzed, and the relative weak parts in the structure of the various types of trays were determined. The improvement corresponding strategy was proposed, and its application conditions are discussed.
