摘要
基于ABAQUS/Standard静力隐式有限元方法,获得了成形过程中穿孔金属薄板的应力、应变、厚度变化以及成形后的回弹变化,并分析了压边力对冲压成形的影响。结果表明:适当地增加压边力可以减少穿孔金属薄板成形后的起皱和回弹,且不会导致薄板拉裂,从而提高了零件的精度。
By use of ABAQUS/Standard static implicit finite element method,the stress,strain,thickness variations and rebound changes of a perforated metal sheet after stamping were obtained.The influence of blank holder pressure on forming was analyzed.The results show that:an appropriate increase in blank holder pressure can reduce perforated metal sheet wrinkling and rebound after forming,without causing sheet crack,thereby enhancing the accuracy of parts.
