摘要
某8MW测试台选用大功率变频调速系统作为动力装置,为了使电网输入侧的谐波干扰满足相关标准要求,以及确保测试台变频调速、测试、电视监控、电气控制等系统工作稳定可靠,通过在设备选型/配置、电缆选型、设备布置及电缆敷设、控制技术等方面采取措施,以及利用隔离、滤波、屏蔽、接地等方法,有效地解决了大功率变频调速系统的谐波干扰问题。该测试台投入使用两年来,未出现干扰现象,各系统工作稳定可靠。
High power variable frequency speed control sys- tem was selected as the power plant of an 8 MW test bench. In order to satisfy the related requests of harmonic interfer- ence at power input side and ensure the stable work of fre- quency control, testing, TV monitoring, electrical control system for test bench, by adopting some measures in equip- ment selection and configuration, cable selection, equipment layout, cable laying,control technology, as well as using iso- lation, filtering, shielding, grounding and other methods, the problem of harmonic interference of the high power vari- able frequency speed control system was effectively solved. Since the two years that the test bench has put into use, lhere is no interference phenomenon, and every system works stably and reliably.
