摘要
牡丹江市位于长白山脉以北、张广才岭以东,地貌特征以山区、丘陵为主,河流众多,雨量大,暴雨频繁,水资源丰富,水文状况十分复杂。为做好测区内洪水预报工作,牡丹江水文局编制了测区内的实用洪水预报方案,文章以三道河子荒沟站的产汇流预报方案为例,对三道河子自然地理特征,水文气象条件,荒沟水文站预报断面情况进行了详细阐述,对三道河子荒沟水文站以上流域产、汇流方案进行了分析,建立了三道河子荒沟站的预报方案模型,进行了方案评定,达到了为该站的短期洪水预报提供科学可靠依据的目的。
Mudanjiang City is located in the north to the Changbai Mountain, the east to the Zhangguangcai Ridge, its topographic features take the mountainous areas and hilly landform as the main, there are many rivers, large rainfall, frequent rainstorm and rich water resources, and the hydrologic regime is very complex. In order to ensure the flood forecast job well done in the survey area, Mudanjiang Hydrologic Bureau works out a practical scheme of flood forecast within the survey area, taking the runoff yield and concentration scheme of Huanggou Station in Sandaohezi as the example, the paper describes in details the natural geographic characteristics, hydrological and meteorologic conditions and the section forecast of Huanggou Hydrologic Station, by analyzing the scheme of runoff yield and runoff concentration at the upstream of the Huanggou Hydrologic Station in Sandaohezi, to build a forecast scheme model for the Huanggou Station in Sandaohezi to evaluate the scheme, realizing to supply scientific accordance of short - time flood forecast for the station.
