摘要
社区低碳评价一直是国内外学者研究的热点,然而研究发现各类低碳评估工具在权重计算、指标选择、评分标准以及等级设置上都普遍存在着分歧,至今没有普遍适应的社区评估工具,而社区的差异性是导致这一现象的主要原因。为解决这一问题,从"控碳源,扩碳汇"的基本理念出发构建"社区低碳度指示系统",该系统可在社区发展的不同阶段对社区低碳度进行指示,并根据指示结果提出具体改进措施,最后选择武汉某一典型社区进行实例研究。
Now the research on evaluation of low - carbon community perches in a fledging period. Researches found that most of evaluation tools are weak in considering the different dimensions of sustainability and possess ambiguities in terms of criteria, weighting, scoring, and rating and until now no widespread evaluation tools exist, while diversity among communi- ties is a major cause. Faced with the problem, we build an indicator system of low - carbon neighborhood from the perspec- tive of "carbon source control" and "carbon sinks expansion". The system could be used to indicate low - carbon degree and provide measures for improvements. Then, we choose a community located in Wuhan to test the indicator system.
