摘要
元坝地区以海相长兴组为目的层的超深水平井水平段井眼环境极端恶劣,完井、测井工程难度大、安全风险高,常规湿接头钻具输送水平井测井工艺已不再适用。采用安全性好、适用性更强的新型无电缆泵出存储式测井系统进行施工,系统出现了机械释放器电路工作不稳定,井下仪器采集数据失败等异常情况。通过分析及试验研究,对机械释放器电路板进行了改进,克服了系统在井底异常高温环境中工作不稳定的问题,实现了系统的进一步优化,解决了水平段的测井数据采集及储层评价难题,确保了后续测试投产工作的顺利开展,取得了良好的工程及地质应用效果,可推广应用于类似复杂井况下的测井施工。
The extremely severe borehole condition in horizontal section of ultra-deep horizontal wells drilled for marine gas reservoir of Changxing Formation in Yuanba Area could cause great difficulties in logging operation and high security risks.The conventional wet-connector tool logging system was no longer appropriate for this condition.The new wireless pump-out memory logging system with better security and applicability was first used in this borehole environment,the mechanical releaser circuit was unstable for the operation,and the abnormal conditions such as the failure of logging data acquisition appeared.So the mechanical releaser circuit board was modified to avoid the problem of the unstable operation in abnormal high temperature environment at bottom hole for a long time through analysis and experiment research,by which the system was further optimized,and the problem of the logging data acquisition and reservoir evaluation was successfully solved to ensure a smooth operation of subsequent testing and production.Good engineering and geological application results are achieved,it can be popularized applied to the logging operations in the similar complex wells.
