现代大学组织发展与战略学术人力资源管理——以社会互构论为视角

摘要 现代大学组织发展的内在机制,实际上是现代大学组织与学术人力资源的互构,这种互构关系呈现出同向谐变、逆向冲突、相互构建的特点。而战略学术人力资源管理与现代大学组织发展战略具有重要关联性,主要体现在目标、结构、文化、声望、制度五个方面。以战略学术人力资源管理为基础,构建新型现代大学组织模式,形成组织的持续竞争力,是实现现代大学组织发展战略转型的关键。 As the most important core of strategic resources in the university development strategy system, academic human resources are the key element of organizational development strategic transformation of the modern university. Starting from the demands of constructing the modern university organization, the strategic of academic human resources management has become the most significant aspect of constructing the modern university organization, for it provides support to the establishment of the modern university organization, and also plays a central role in the construction of modern university organization. Starting from the perspective of social interaction theory, the internal mechanism of the modern university organization is actually an interaction between the modern university organization and teachers. The essence of this interaction is synchrony harmonic, reverse conflicting and mutual constructing. The relevance between the strategic of academic human resource management and organizational development strategy of the modern university has mainly exhibited in five categories: target; structure; culture; reputation and system. Building organization mode of the modern university based on the strategic of academic human resources management and developing a sustainable competitive of the organization are the key points to realize the organizational development strategic transformation of the modern university.
