摘要
针对潮汐条件下浅海沉船爆破清障面临的特殊情况,在使用梯恩梯炸药实施水下集团装药非接触爆破的方案基础上,重点分析了浅海潮汐条件对装药设置、参数选择和安全防护等方面的影响和特殊要求,并结合当地海况获取了导爆索、电雷管等火工品的防水测试数据,改善了防水工艺。同时采取电爆网路与导爆索簇联网路相结合的方案,有效提高了起爆网路的可靠性与安全性。防水设计与加固措施简便有效,为潮汐条件下的浅海沉船爆破清障提供了设计参考和经验数据。
Based on the special case to the explosion demolition of seaside sunken ship under tidewater, the scheme by using TNT group charges and non-contact settings underwater was introduced. The intluences of charge setting,parameter selection and safety protection were considered. Waterproof test of detonating cord and electric detonator were designed according to the local sea conditions, and the waterproof data was also collected. The design of electric blasting network and detonating cord cluster network improved the reliability and safety of priming cireuit effectively, so did the waterproof design and reinforcement measures. Design reference and experience data proved to be effective to the demolition of seaside sunken ship under tidewater.
