摘要
介绍了在复杂环境下7层危楼的定向拆除爆破实例。该大楼原经人工机械拆除,3~7层已被纵向切割成前后两个部分,现仅1~2层连成一体。结合该建筑物结构特点,预先通过人工加机械的方法拆除了非承重墙、卫生间、楼梯以及用切割机切断了走廊一侧的立柱钢筋,这将有利于楼房的定向倒塌。本项目采用了改进的分区分段跳线的复式起爆网路,确保了爆破网路的可靠性,采取双切口定向倒塌爆破方案成功将其爆破,取得了预期的爆破效果。
Demolition blasting of dangerous building is introduced under complex conditions. After manual and mechanical removal, the first and the second floor remained an organic whole and the 3 -7 floors were vertically di- vided into two individuals. Based on the building structure characteristic, the non-bearing wall, toilet and the stairs were dismantled in advance by the method of artificial and mechanical method and one side corridor steel pillars was cut by gas cutting machine, all those conducive to the directional collapse of buildings. In order to ensure the reliability of the network,a dual blasting network with jumpers was adopted in different segments, and a two-incision controlled collapse method was also taken, by which good blasting effect was obtained.
