电加热热水锅炉合理水质参数的探讨

摘要 利用小型电加热锅炉,根据GB1576—2008《工业锅炉用水水质》的要求调配了不同水质的锅炉给水,设计了4因素3水平的正交实验,选择锅炉循环热水的硬度、pH、温度、流速4种水质参数,并对其与锅炉腐蚀和结垢的关联性进行了研究。实验结果表明,水质参数对腐蚀的影响大小顺序为:温度>pH>流速>硬度,在pH保持碱度的环境中,温度越低、pH越高、流速越大、硬度越低,锅炉的腐蚀速率越低;水质参数对结垢的影响大小顺序为:硬度>温度>流速>pH,在pH保持碱性的环境中,硬度越低、温度越低、pH越高、流速越大,锅炉的结垢越少。其中,硬度对锅炉水结垢的影响最大,为确保锅炉安全运行,建议降低锅炉给水硬度小于等于0.3mmol/L。 The water quality parameters,namely hardness,pH value,temperature and flowrate, as well as their relations with the boiler corrosion and scaling were investigated through orthogonal experiments with four factors and three levels using a small electric heating hot water boiler according to the GB1576—2008“industrial boiler water quality”standard. It was showed that,the effects of the water quality parameters on the corrosion were in the order:temperature〉pH〉flowrate〉hardness. In alkaline medium,low temperature,fast flowrate and low hardness led to the smaller corrosion rate. The order of the impact of the water quality parameters on the scaling was:hardness〉temperature〉flowrate〉pH. In alkaline medium,low hardness,low temperature,high pH and fast flowrate would lead to the smaller scaling rate. The effect of the hardness on the scaling of the boiler water was biggest. For safe operation,the hardness of the boiler feed water should be less than or equal to 0.3 mmol/L.
