摘要
港口群协调度评价是对港口群内港口之间合作深度、竞争强度与发展协调度的一种定量评测。笔者基于对港口群系统协调发展机理的分析,构建了由贡献指数、耦合度函数构成的港口群交互耦合协调度评价模型,并以山东半岛港口群为例,运用2003-2012年面板数据进行了实证检验。结果表明,山东半岛港口群协调度呈现出阶段性特征明显、总体不断增长的趋势,经历了由勉强协调到初级协调的发展过程。本研究能够为衡量我国港口群资源整合程度、协调港口关系提供一定的理论支撑和方法借鉴。
This study is a quantitative analysis about ports competition intensity,cooperation depth and coordination degree. Based on synergetic theory,the authors performed an interactive coupling-coordination model to evaluate coordination degree of port group. Firstly,the authors stated the harmonious development mechanism of port group. Secondly,the authors put forward the evaluation model with reference to the coupling degrees function in physics and contribution index. Finally,taking Shandong Peninsula port group as an example and using panel data of 2003 to 2012,the authors carried an empirical study to test the validity of the evaluation model. Verification result shows that the coordination degree of Shandong Peninsula port group has taken on periodic features and a continuation in the upward trend. This study provides guidance and support on evaluating coordination degree of port group.
