大型电弧炉变压器二次箱壁出线结构的漏磁场研究

摘要 电弧炉变压器二次低压大电流的工作特点使得变压器温升及漏磁问题变得异常突出。文中分析了不同的箱壁材质和二次箱壁出线导电杆相间间距对漏磁场和温度场分布的影响,确定出合适的箱壁材料和合理的出线结构,并对二次侧箱壁采用不同材料的壁磁感应强度进行对比分析,得出了大容量大电流电弧炉变压器二次侧采用不锈钢板材料,出线铜排采用"品"字形排列方式的新型结构是合理和有效的。 Due to the working feature of arc furnace transformer that the secondary voltage of large current, the problems of temperature rise and leakage flux field of transformer become extraordinary extrusive. By analyzing the influence of different materials of tank wall and the separate space of electrical conductor at tank wall of secondary side on the distribution of leakage flux field and temperature field,this paper settles down the appropriate material of tank wall and suitable exit structure. By comparing and analyzing the magnetic inducting intensity of wall with various materials of tank wall of secondary side, it is concluded that the adopting of stainless steel plate for the secondary side of arc furnace transformer with large capacity and large current, together with"triangle"shape arrangement for exit copper row is reasonable and effective.
