摘要
发展是解决当代中国极其复杂的"问题岛链"中的"总开关",开放发展是五大发展理念的重要组成部分。开放发展直面我国发展中的突出矛盾和问题,体现了中国谋求富强文明的时代要求,是中国特色社会主义发展理论的重要组成部分。开放发展是全面建成小康社会的重要推动力,它进一步拓展了实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的发展空间,为提高我国对外开放的质量和发展的内外联动性提供了行动指南,是中国特色社会主义发展理论的丰富和拓展。
Development is the ' general switch' for solving the complicated ' island chain of problems' of contemporary China,and open development is an important component of the five development ideas. Confronting the outstanding contradictions and problems in the development of our country,the idea of open development embodies the requirement of the times of striving for prosperity and civilization,being an important element of the development theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics. As the radical drive for comprehensively completing the building of a moderately well-off society,open development further expands the space for realizing the China Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,provides an action guide for improving the quality of opening-up and the internal-external linkage of development,and thus enriches and extends the development theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
