摘要
结合建筑施工工作经验,分析了我国当下建筑工程成本管控的整体特征与情况,并在此基础上,提出流程管理的概念和意义,阐述了在施工项目中构建成本管控流程的方法,以期为工程管理人员提供参考。
Combining with the construction experience,this paper analyzed the overall characteristics and situation of China＇s current construction engineering cost control,and based on this,proposed the concept and significance of process management,introduced the method of cost control process construction in the construction project,in order to provide reference for engineering management personnel.
