摘要
介绍了建筑工程造价的定义及主要内容,从招投标、合同内容、施工过程、竣工结算、工程设计等方面,分析了影响建筑工程造价的因素,并提出了具体的应对策略,使建筑工程造价控制工作更加科学合理。
This paper introduced the definition and main content of construction engineering cost,from the bidding,contract contents,construction process,completion settlement,engineering design and other aspects,analyzed the factors influence of the construction engineering cost,and put forward specific strategies,made the construction engineering cost control more scientific and reasonable.
