摘要
通过分析社会稳定风险评估的现状,针对风险事件的特点进行了风险评估模式研究,提出针对重大项目的社会稳定风险评估模式,保证了重大项目目标规划的合理性和计划的可行性,为合理选择风险对策提供了直接依据,对于促进社会稳定风险评估的标准化、流程化有着重要的现实意义。为了满足风险评估模式灵活、流程化、易部署的要求,采用基于MVC模式的SSI架构,有效实现了社会稳定风险评估系统的分层式开发,提高了功能复用性及代码可读性,降低了系统冗余,使得系统性能提升。
Through the analysis of the current situation of social stability risk assessment, the social stabprojects is proposed, which ensures the rational ity and the feasilDility of the plan for major projects according to the characteristics of social stability risk events. The model provides a direct basis for the rational choice of risk measures, which has important practical significance in promoting standardization and streamlined of social stability risk assessment. In order to meet the characteristics of flexibility, streamlined and easy deployment of risk assessment model, the system uses Struts + Spring + iBatis ( SSI) framework based on Model-View-Controller( MVC) model to improve the function reusability and code readability, reduce the system redundancy, and improve the system performance so that hierarchical development of the system is realized efectively.
