填充颗粒在磁场诱导硫化导电橡胶中的取向研究

摘要 在传统导电橡胶硫化工艺的基础上,本文构建诱导磁场并分析了其磁场强度的空间分布。通过观察不同磁感应强度的磁场中填充颗粒在导电橡胶中的分布和取向,得到不同填充颗粒在磁场诱导硫化导电橡胶中的取向阈值。 Based on the traditional conductive rubber vulcanization process, induced magnetic field is established and the spatial distribution of the magnetic field intensity is analyzed in this paper. Distribution and orientation of particles filled in conductive rubber vulcanized in magnetic field with different magnetic induction intensity are observed, and then the thresholds of the orientation of different particles filled in the conductive rubber vulcanized by magnetic field inducement are obtained.
