摘要
江苏某化工厂现有废氯磺酸约100t,氯磺酸含量65.2%,难以直接利用,属危险废物,需安全处置。本文将废氯磺酸加入到90%的硫酸进行分解,在妥善处置氯磺酸的同时,可以副产盐酸、硫酸,实现了废酸的综合利用。
An chemical company in Jiangsu province has about 100 tons of waste chlorosulfonic acid now. The content of waste chlorosulfonic acid is 65.2%. So the waste chlorosulfonic acid is difficult to be used directly. The waste chlorosulfonic acid is hazardous waste which need safe disposal. 90% sulfuric acid is used to decompose the waste chlorosulfonic acid. This method which can gain By - product sulfuric acid and By - product hydrochloric acid is a safe ultimate disposition protocol of waste chlorosulfonic acid. This method realized the comprehensive utilization of the waste chlorosulfonic acid.
