摘要
建立了气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)同时测定气雾剂中12种氯苯类化合物含量的检测技术。样品中12种氯苯类化合物经石油醚萃取、硫酸净化、浓缩、定容后,经DB-WAX型毛细管色谱柱分离,质谱定量。结果表明:12种氯苯类化合物在0.1~20μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r〉0.999 6;检出限均低于0.1 mg/kg;回收率为81.4%~95.4%,相对标准偏差为1.87%~4.23%。
An analytical method using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS) is established for simultaneous determination of 12 kinds of chlorobenzenes in aerosol products. 12 kinds of chlorobenzenes in the samples are successively extracted by petroleum ether,purified by sulfuric acid,condensed and dissolved in a fixed volume,which are then separated by DB-WAX glass capillary column and quantitatived by Mass spectrometry. The results show that the calibration curve for 12 kinds of chlorobenzenes is linear in the range of 0. 1- 20 μg / m L and the linearly dependent coefficient( r) is higher than 0. 999 6. The detection limits are less than 0. 1 mg / kg. The mean recoveries of 12 kinds of chlorobenzenes are 81. 4%- 95. 4% with the relative standard deviation of 1. 87%- 4. 23%.
