摘要
针对可塑性不能评价拉坯成型时泥料脱离的情况,提出了陶瓷泥料抗水侵蚀能力的概念,建立并设计了陶瓷泥料抗水侵蚀能力的检测方法及设备:将标准试样和待测试样置于有水环境下的转轮上,加载载荷后收集单位时间脱离的泥料,称干重后进行对比评价。确定了陶瓷泥料抗水侵蚀能力检测设备的关键参数:栽物托盘转速为2-5r/s,弹性薄片摩擦系数为0.6~0.8,测试负荷为1.5~3.5N,测试周期为3~10min/次。
In view of the plasticity can't evaluate the situation that the mud come off the body when throwing molding, put forward the concept of water erosion resistance of the ceramic mud, set up the testing methods and design the equipment of the water erosion resistance of the ceramic mud: put the standard sample and the test sample on the turntable under the water environment, load pressure and collect the off mud in a certain time, then evaluate the dry weight of the samples. The key parameters of the testing equipment: the speed of turntable is 2-5r/s, the friction coefficient of elastic sheet is 0.6-0.8, the test stress is 1.5-3.5N, the test period is 3-10 minutes.
