摘要
网络暴恐信息是对人类社会生活秩序的失常表达,具有反人类、反社会、反文明的本质特征,乃潜在暴恐分子的施恶之源,系现实暴恐案件多发的重要诱因。我国治理网络暴恐信息应坚持多策并举、多管齐下,立足新情况新问题,借鉴国外先进的理论成果和经验做法,走"打、防、控"并举治理之路。
violent terrorist network information is the abnormal expression of human social life order,with the essential characteristics of anti human,anti social,and civilization,and is the the evil source of potentially violent terrorist elements,the important inducement of multiple violent terrorist cases.Chinese governance network violence information should adhere to multiple measures,multi pronged approach,based on the new situation and new problems,learning from foreign advanced theoretical results and experience and practice,taking the fight,prevention,control and governance of the road.
