摘要
基于德尔菲法理论基础,对深圳市坪盐通道规划线位方案进行比选研究。从建设难度、交通功能影响定位、建设运营成本以及对环境影响等方面综合分析,采用德尔菲法理论对坪盐通道三种线位规划方案进行比选,提出坪盐通道建设实施可行的、合理的线位方案。
Based on the theoretical basis of Delphy Method, the article compares and studies the planningalignment scheme of Pingyan Thoroughfare in Shenzhen. The article comprehensively analyzes the construction difficulty, traffic function influence positioning, construction operation cost and influence on environment. The theory of Delphy Method is used to compare and select three alignment planning schemes of Pingyan Thoroughfare. The feasible and reasonable alignment scheme is proposed to implement the construction of PIngyan Thoroughfare.
