摘要
自信是获取成功的保证。在犯罪案件频发的今天,提升警察的自信心不仅能够维护警察的身心健康与发展,而且还能使其在警务处置行动中产生勇气和力量,保证处置行动的胜利完成。在分析当今我国警察自信心的背景下,归纳出了提升警察自信心的现实意义,并从警察组织和个人两个方面探讨了提升警察自信心的具体途径。提升的警察自信心若不及时巩固与加强便会减弱或消失,因此还概括出了保护警察自信心的一些具体方法。
Self-confidence is the guarantee of success. Nowadays, crimes take place frequently, to enhance the police self-confidence not only maintain their physical, mental health and development but also make them produce courage and strength in the disposal of police action, and also ensure the victory of the police affairs. Based on the analysis of the police confidence in China, this article puts forward the practical significance of police self-confidence increased under this background, and discusses some ways to improve the police self-confidence from the aspects of the police organization and individuals. If police self-confidence can＇t consolidate and strengthen in time, it will weaken or disappear, thus this article also outlines some specific methods about how to protect police self-confidence.
